CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellations for airport pickups must be made at least 4 hours prior to pick-up time. Cancellations for As Directed / Roadshows / Hourly and Sprinter jobs must be made 12 hours prior to pick-up time. Mini Coaches must be canceled 72 hours in advance and Buses must be canceled one week in advance. Wedding events and Luxury Vehicles must be canceled two weeks in advance. Reservations not canceled on time will be charged accordingly to the reservation details. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to confirm the cancellation but It is the client’s responsibility to follow up with our office to confirm such cancellation.
